1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ubifans.com (“Ubifans”, “the Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Age Verification
Ubifans contains adult content.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You are legally allowed to view and create adult content.
You have provided accurate age information.
We reserve the right to request age verification and suspend accounts that fail verification.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use Ubifans you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep your login details confidential
Not create accounts on behalf of others
Not impersonate any other person or entity
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Conduct
You must not use Ubifans to:
Share illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
Post content involving minors
Post non-consensual content
Harass or threaten users
Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform
Engage in hate speech or discrimination
Sell or promote illegal goods or services
Circumvent paywalls or creator restrictions
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Content Ownership & Licensing
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (“User Content”).
By posting content to Ubifans, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Host the content
Display the content to users
Process, transmit, and store the content
Use anonymized or non-identifying information for analytics
This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required for legal purposes.
5.2 Creator Responsibility
Creators must ensure that:
They hold full rights to all uploaded content
All people appearing in content are adults and have provided written consent
No copyrighted material is uploaded without permission
Creators are legally and financially responsible for DMCA claims filed against their content.
6. Prohibited Content
You may NOT upload, share, or request any content that includes:
Minors (real or simulated)
Incest, bestiality, forced acts, or abuse
Non-consensual content (revenge porn)
Hate speech or extremist content
Illegal drugs
Weapons used illegally
Stolen or copyrighted works
Scams or fraudulent activity
Violation will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
7. Purchases, Coins & Payments
Ubifans uses virtual currency (“Ubicoins”).
7.1 Purchasing Coins
Ubicoins can be purchased through approved payment processors.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Ubicoins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred to other users.
7.2 Spending Coins
Coins may be used to:
Unlock media
Access paid messages
Tip creators
Subscribe to creators
Purchase other platform features
7.3 Fraud & Chargebacks
Chargebacks or fraudulent activity will result in:
Account suspension
Reversal of transactions
Possible legal action
Ubifans reserves the right to block or report suspicious payments.

are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing digital content or virtual currency on Ubifans, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
Digital content is delivered instantly, and therefore cannot be returned.
Ubicoins have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash except through the approved creator payout process.
Ubifans does not provide refunds for:
Accidental purchases
Dissatisfaction with content
Change of mind
Lack of activity by creators
Deleted accounts or banned accounts
Technical issues on the user’s device
Failure to use purchased coins
Refunds for payments processed by third-party providers (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, banking apps, etc.) must be handled through those providers, and Ubifans is not obligated to refund or reverse any payment.
Chargebacks
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed against Ubifans will result in:
Immediate account suspension
Removal of purchased coins
Loss of access to all premium content
Possible legal action in cases of fraud
Creators will not receive payouts on transactions involved in a chargeback investigation.
Legal Exception
Refunds will only be issued in cases required by applicable law, and only after a full verification process.

7.4 Refund Policy
All purchases on Ubifans are final and non-refundable.
Digital content and virtual currency are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or exchanged. Ubicoins cannot be refunded, transferred, or converted back into money (except for creator payouts). We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with content, deleted accounts, inactivity of creators, or technical issues on the user’s device.
Chargebacks will result in account suspension and investigation for fraud.
Refunds will only be provided where legally required.
8. Creator Earnings & Payouts
Creators can earn Ubicoins when users:

8.1 Conversion & Payouts
Ubicoins may be converted to real currency (EUR) at the rate displayed on the Platform.
Ubifans may charge a platform fee on earnings.
Payouts are processed twice per month (15th and 30th).
Minimum payout threshold must be met.
Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
8.2 Taxes
Creators are independent contractors and are solely responsible for:
Declaring income
Paying taxes
Complying with local tax laws
Ubifans does not provide tax advice.
8.3 Payout Holds
Ubifans may place a temporary hold on earnings if:
Fraudulent activity is suspected
A DMCA complaint is filed
Identity verification is incomplete
Legal obligations require it
9. Fees & Commission
Ubifans may apply fees including:
Processing fees
Platform commission
Withdrawal fees
Subscription fees
Fees may be updated with notice.
10. DMCA / Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyrighted material has been used on Ubifans without permission, submit a valid DMCA notice to:
Ubifans will:
Remove or disable access to the reported material
Notify the uploader
Allow for a counter-notification if applicable
Repeated violations may result in account termination.
Creators agree that they may be held financially responsible for DMCA claims related to their content.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violating these Terms
Uploading illegal content
Repeated DMCA complaints
Payment fraud
Harassment or abuse
Threats to platform security
Failure to verify identity
Users may delete their account at any time, but some data may be retained as required by law.

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we:

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubifans is not liable for:
User-generated content
Loss of earnings
Service outages
Data loss
Unauthorized access to accounts
Transactions between users and creators
Damages resulting from DMCA claims
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Platform.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect when posted.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes will be handled by Dutch courts unless local law requires differently.
